Our 2022 Russian River Valley Rosè is hot off the line, bottled in late February 2023, and this new vintage does not disappoint! Different from our previous vintages, this Rosé is the color of salmon. It is a food friendly wine and has aromas of baked cherries, tropical fruit and watermelon. With a touch of residual sugar (0.35%) and a nice, crisp acidity this wine is balanced and quite refreshing. Ready to drink now. Enjoy!

Blend: 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Zinafandel

Alcohol: 13.5% by vol.

FERMENTATION: After minimal skin contact (~12 hours), the juice was fermented in neutral oak barrels for 25 days. The average fermentation temperature was 65ºf.                                                                                                                                                                                            

AGING: Aged 2 months in barrels.

pH: 3.39

TA: 6.7g/L
