2022 SOMOMA COUNTY SAUVIGNON BLANC
Our 2022 Sonoma County ** Sauvignon Blanc has zesty aromas of lemon meringue pie mingled with fresh cut grapefruit. Tropical melon nuances dance on the palate followed up with a crisp, balanced finish. To maintain the pleasant, fruity aromas, our Sauvignon Blanc is picked at night and crushed in a reductive style - all before the sun comes up. This wine hits the spot on it’s own, but if you choose to pair with food, may we suggest a lightly seasoned chicken dish or oysters on the half shell.
Blend: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
FERMENTATION: Crushed then pressed after 24 hours of skin contact. Fermented in stainless steel for 24 days. Average fermentation temperature = 65ºf.
AGING: Aged for 6 months in stainless steel. No oak influence.
ALCOHOL: 13.5% by vol
pH: 3.42
TA: 6.8g/L
