Our 2021 Russian River Valley Zinfandel has an abundance of fruit on the nose. Aromas of blueberries and dark cherries are enhanced with spices such as cinnamon and cloves. Many Zinfandels fall into the category of either “fruity” or “spicy”, but we are happy to bring the best of both worlds together as one! This wine is an all occasions choice and can be enjoyed on it’s own or with almost any meal. Tangy BBQ meats or pizza are our favorite pairings. Enjoy!

FERMENTATION: Crushed and fermented in T-Bins for 9 days,

AGING: Aged for 24 months in American Oak barrels, of which 40% were new.
